Aditi Consulting is seeking a data analytics professional in Illinois to analyze datasets, create capacity insights, and support category teams with capacity planning initiatives. You will translate complex capacity data into actionable leadership summaries and drive process improvements for reporting accuracy and scalability.

• 10+ years of experience in capacity planning or analytics.
• 5 years Masters or higher; advanced degree preferred.

Position's Contributions to Work Group:

• Analyze data sets, create process improvements, support category teams in capacity, create leadership summaries
• Analyze existing tools and data to assess supplier capacity, performance trends, and risk exposure.
• Translate complex capacity data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting and analytics
• Support category management teams with initiatives to bridge any capacity gaps. Includes A3 action items for Network Planning and Execution, as well as Enterprise Capacity Requirements - Suppliers, and SCOPE tool
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (procurement, supply chain, operations) to deliver actionable insights for decision-making
• Prepare clear, concise leadership summaries and executive-ready reports highlighting risks, savings opportunities, and performance metrics
• Track and report progress on all capacity related initiatives

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$48.00 - $49.00/hr.Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
