Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an experienced business analyst to join the Operations Excellence group in Boston, MA. You will manage the client onboarding lifecycle and account setup automation, partnering with Market Operations, Technology, Risk, and front-office teams to deliver value.

The role requires deep knowledge of Financial or Asset Services and Capital Markets products, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in Financial or Asset Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, technology, or equivalent.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives with scope, timelines, risks, and issues through delivery.
• Partner with Risk to manage processing risk and embed controls.
• Collaborate with Technology, Client Success, Operations, and Risk teams for product delivery.
• Define business problems and design solutions with process mapping and tools like Draw IO.
• Assess end-to-end processes to reduce manual touchpoints and strengthen controls.
• Elicit and document business requirements ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Define and track KPIs and KRIs across milestones.
• Manage project plans and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve risks and drive progress to resolution.
• Own and prioritize the Jira backlog with stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure test plans and UAT meet business requirements and releases.

Summary

An experienced leader to join our Operations Excellence group, responsible for managing the client onboarding lifecycle and account setup automation to deliver value to the business and our clients. The ideal candidate brings experience in Financial or Asset Services and Capital Markets products and will partner closely with Market Operations, Technology, Business Risk Management, front office Product and Trading. Reporting to the NA Product Manager, this role requires strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Success will be driven by effective collaboration, strong organizational skills and a professional , team oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Own assigned initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues through delivery
• Partner with Risk to proactively manage processing risk and embed appropriate controls
• Collaborate with Technology, Client Success, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure aligned and effective product delivery
• Define business problems and design solutions through detailed process mapping and analysis using tools such as Draw IO
• Assess end to end processes to reduce manual touchpoints, eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen controls
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
• Define, measure, and track benchmarking, KPIs and KRIs across key milestones
• Manage project plans and milestone delivery to ensure deadlines are clearly defined and met
• Coordinate activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
• Identify, escalation, and resolve risks and issues, driving timely decision making and progress to resolution
• Act as a liaison across workstreams to drive alignment on plans, status, and risk reporting
• Own and prioritize the Jira backlog, incorporating client and stakeholder feedback
• Ensure test plans are comprehensive and clearly documented
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business requirements and support successful releases and manage BUAT completion
• Support strategic initiatives, including market research, technology enhancements, and ad hoc requests
• Influence outcomes and lead through collaboration without direct management authority
• Apply strong reference data product knowledge across portfolio, entity, and static data domains using workflow driven, event based processes
• Leverage general understanding of front to back investment management and investment services across asset classes
• Communicate program and project status to senior management and stakeholders on a regular and ad hoc basis

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Financial or Asset Services as a business analyst, delivering high impact, cross functional initiatives across global teams and business units
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Technology, or an equivalent field
• Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and controls design frameworks
• Solid knowledge of the institutional marketplace, asset classes, and investment product offerings
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, or Change Management are a plus

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $57.00 - $60.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
