Job summary

INTELLISWIFT INC. in Plano, TX is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to analyze weekly PSI, drive manufacturing decisions, and ensure timely fulfillment of sales plans, product launches, and customer commitments.

This role manages real-time data, performs channel inventory analysis, updates orders, leads CPFR calls, and develops dashboards. Requires 4+ years in supply chain, a BS in a related field, and strong Excel skills; onsite work with regular cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior Supply Chain/Demand planning experience preferred.
• Statistical knowledge is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify sales target status, drive product manufacturing, and ensure timely fulfillment of delivery to achieve sales plans, product development, and strategic product launches.
• Manage system-based tools that provide real-time information regarding sales, order forecast, and channel inventory; extract data to conduct channel inventory analysis and reconciliation.
• Update daily/weekly product orders for designated customer and provide customer delivery commitments.
• Attend/lead customer CPFR calls to update sales forecasts based on future product availability, promotion, and customer channel inventory status.
• Assist designated customers on PO status, returns, short & over shipment in assigned product groups.
• Responsible for tracking and forecasting of various account sales and inventory to update on system-based tools.
• Able to create dashboards.
• Assist with supply chain projects as necessary and as need arises.
