Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document requirements from stakeholders, translate them into BRD/FRD/SRS artifacts, and define acceptance criteria for user stories.

You will create workflows, use cases, and data flow diagrams using MS Visio and Lucidchart, and collaborate with development and QA to ensure correct implementation and validation across BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL data analyses.
