Job summary

ZTS-Systems LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Requirements Manager to collaborate with stakeholders, elicit and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable specs and UI visuals.

You will map processes, prioritize needs, create detailed documentation, validate requirements with users, and support project teams through the lifecycle while working closely with SMEs, product teams, and developers to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software program management, requirements analysis, or related roles.
• Experience using requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with UI design trends and practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
