PeopleCaddie seeks an AI Solutions BA to translate business needs into practical AI solutions for hotel operations and related processes. You will collaborate with hotel operations, sales, events, and corporate teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and efficiency.

You will configure AI tools, test solutions, and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment, ensuring user adoption and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hotel Operations, Commercial Services, Events, Sales, and Corporate teams to identify AI opportunities to improve productivity.
• Assess business challenges and determine if AI, automation, or existing technology provides effective solutions.
• Configure and develop practical AI solutions using ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI platforms.
• Manage a backlog of ~60 AI initiatives while supporting delivery of ~30 solutions every eight weeks.
• Create and refine prompts, instructions, workflows, and AI use cases.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Support Copilot Agents and other AI-enabled workflows.
• Conduct user testing and validation and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of AI tools and collaborate with technical teams when needed.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and identify practical business applications.

The AI Solutions BA helps our client identify and implement practical AI solutions that improve hotel operations, colleague productivity, and business processes.

This role works closely with business and operational stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and develop practical solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI workflow platforms.

The ideal candidate is business-focused and highly comfortable working with AI tools, with the ability to translate business needs into useful AI solutions.

This is NOT a highly technical software engineering or machine learning role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hotel Operations, Commercial Services, Events, Sales, and Corporate teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and efficiency.
• Understand business challenges and determine whether AI, automation, or existing technology can provide an effective solution.
• Configure and develop practical AI solutions using ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI platforms.
• Help manage and prioritize a backlog of approximately 60 AI initiatives while supporting delivery of approximately 30 solutions every eight weeks.
• Create and refine prompts, instructions, workflows, and AI use cases.
• Work directly with business users to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Support the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Copilot Agents and other AI-enabled workflows.
• Conduct user testing and validation.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of AI tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams when integrations, APIs, or additional development support are required.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and identify practical business applications.
• Support business users in the adoption and effective use of AI solutions.
• Manage multiple AI initiatives and competing priorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to real-world business processes.
• Experience creating prompts, instructions, workflows, or AI-based solutions.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
• Experience testing, refining, and improving AI solutions based on user feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.
• Comfortable working with technical teams without needing to be a deep technical developer or engineer.

Preferred Skills:

• Hospitality experience, particularly Hotel Operations, Commercial Services, Events, or Sales.
