Job Title: Business Analyst

Summary Of Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the PMO, including meetings and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
- Supports the Program Manager on the effective challenge process of gathering project evidence, documentation, and interpretation submitted by the programs/work streams
- Maintains records and historical archives for the assigned scope
- Works with the business and other Program Office staff members to compile all of the material requested by regulators in support of the Implementation/Rollout plans and plan updates, and regulatory request letters
- Develops and maintains tools, and guidelines to facilitate recordkeeping requirements for the Program
- Supports the Project Management leadership team in the development of reporting, dashboards, and project schedules
- Participates with other Program Office Staff members in the development of Program Office processes and procedures
- Manages and updates process documents
- Ensures that all relevant Bank documentation standards are incorporated into program documents
- Oversee and coordinate activities of multiple projects/initiatives for a business people, process, and technology program.
- Accountable for reporting and documentation of all program management activities to include: coordination, creation, and maintenance of the executive reporting artifacts; and communication (verbal and written) to project team and key stakeholders and program leads.
- Works closely with project directors to ensure project objectives are met and align with the program strategy.
- Effectively drives escalation and communication of risk to project timeline and deliverables.
- Uses verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Applies basic knowledge of business and project management principles involved in strategic planning and reporting.
- Leverages expert knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc. to create and manage project artifacts/documentation.
Must-Have:- Write regulatory reports for submissions
- Understanding project lifecycle workflow
- Presentation skills (project delivery information)
- Advanced PPT / WORD / EXCEL
- Experienced in program and project management; ability to manage and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with multiple priorities
- Strong ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written.
- Experience with preparing materials for a Board and/or US Regulators
- Familiarity with the structure of the organization and how to navigate various different groups to achieve an outcome
Nice to Have:- Ability to manage complex initiatives with a strong emphasis on technology, business processes, and a high level of regulatory oversight.
- Familiarity with the Treasury function with a specific focus on Liquidity
