Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a motivated Business Analyst II to support the Air Force Innovation Program Office. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, implementing, and scaling innovative ideas across the enterprise while improving organizational effectiveness and mission outcomes.

You will work with government leadership to solve organizational challenges, map processes, and develop governance structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in PM/BA/organization transformation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and facilitating meetings/workshops.
• Ability to work independently in changing priorities.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst II to support the establishment and growth of a high-visibility Department of the Air Force (DAF) Innovation Program Office. This effort is focused on transforming how innovative ideas are identified, evaluated, implemented, and scaled across the enterprise while improving organizational effectiveness and mission outcomes.This is a unique opportunity to help build something new. The Innovation Program Office is still evolving, and responsibilities will continue to mature as customer priorities, processes, and objectives are refined.
