Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a motivated Business Analyst II to support the Air Force Innovation Program Office. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, implementing, and scaling innovative ideas across the enterprise while improving organizational effectiveness and mission outcomes.

You will work with government leadership to solve organizational challenges, map processes, and develop governance structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in PM/BA/organization transformation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and facilitating meetings/workshops.
• Ability to work independently in changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and maturation of the Innovation Program Office.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Develop strategic recommendations to improve performance and mission effectiveness.
• Support governance structures and evaluation processes.
• Lead or support project management activities and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops, working groups, and senior meetings.
• Develop executive briefings, reports, and strategic communications.
