Job summary

Din Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Business Analyst II to support the Air Force Innovation Program Office. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, implementing, and scaling innovative ideas to improve effectiveness and mission outcomes.

You’ll work closely with government leadership to shape a new, evolving program, driving continuous improvement across multiple organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can facilitate executive-level discussions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Active Secret clearance required.
Three (3) years of relevant experience.
Experience in project/program management, business analysis, or organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

Support design and maturation of the Innovation Program Office.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities.
Perform business process analysis, mapping, and workflow optimization.
Develop strategic recommendations to improve performance and mission effectiveness.
Support development of governance structures and evaluation processes.
Lead or support project management activities: planning, milestones, risks, and reporting.
Facilitate workshops and senior stakeholder engagements.
Develop executive briefings and strategic communications.
