Business Analyst – Corporate Finance Solutions

We’re looking for a resourceful Business Analyst to help modernize and streamline Corporate Finance operations. If you excel at turning complex problems into efficient, actionable solutions and enjoy collaborating across teams, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

The Role

In this position, you’ll partner with finance experts, technology teams, and external consultants to design, test, and implement process and system improvements. You’ll leverage your accounting knowledge and SAP Concur expertise to optimize workflows, enhance reporting, and ensure new solutions are seamlessly adopted by the business. From gathering requirements to delivering training, you’ll guide initiatives through the full project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Configure, enhance, and maintain SAP Concur modules (Request, Travel, Intelligence Reporting, Expense) to align with evolving business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and develop effective, scalable processes.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, stabilization, and optimization.
• Perform parallel and regression testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations.
• Produce clear process documentation, including workflows, policies, and system specifications.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback to improve solutions.
• Create and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of tools and processes.
• Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support decision-making.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
• Proficiency in SAP Concur with completion of Advanced Configuration Training (Expense & Request).
• Hands-on experience managing complete project lifecycles.
• Strong skills in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with documentation management and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary range (WA): $70,000 – $92,500, with typical offers starting on the lower end based on experience.

Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
