Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience with BRD/FRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Exposure to card processing or card disputes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRS, user stories, epics, use cases, and data mappings.
• Analyze current and future-state processes and recommend improvements.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and business sign-off activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• User Stories and Epics
• Use Cases
• Process Flow Diagrams
• Data Mapping Documents
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
• Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
