Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a Business Analyst in Rutherford, NJ. The role focuses on banking and financial-services processes, requiring strong BA skills, requirement management, and cross-team collaboration.

You will craft BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process maps, and UAT artifacts while maintaining clear documentation and robust stakeholder communication. The candidate will analyze data with SQL, participate in Agile/Scrum, and support SDLC activities across business and technology teams.

Formación

• Minimum BA experience with strong requirements management.
• Deep understanding of banking/financial services processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, specs, and UAT artifacts.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Visio helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements and translate into specifications.
• Lead requirement management and traceability across projects.
• Interact with stakeholders to validate solutions and get sign-off.
• Collaborate with tech teams to ensure feasible designs and testing.
• Develop BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and UAT artifacts.
