Job summary

Baltimore County is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the replacement and implementation of Public Safety Systems, with emphasis on Jail Management System (JMS). You will validate requirements, analyze processes, and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

The role focuses on functional specifications, system integration, UAT, and post-production support to ensure successful deployment and system performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience implementing and supporting Public Safety Systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.
• Experience with system integration, functional specifications, and UAT.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
