Job summary

The Tombras Group, an independent national advertising agency with a digital mindset, seeks a Business Affairs Intern in NYC. This paid internship runs 8.5 weeks from 9/23/26 to 11/20/26, at up to 25 hours per week and $18/hour.

You will learn the full Production process from RFP through Post, support administrative tasks, attend meetings, draft talent releases, and deliver weekly recap reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate in Media/Advertising

Responsibilities

What to expect as a Business Affairs Intern at Tombras:

Commitment to a 8.5 week, paid internship of $18 an hour starting on 9/23/26 and ending on 11/20/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:

• Learn the fundamentals of the complete Production process from RFP all the way through Post Production from a BA perspective
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Attending creative meetings and note taking
• Drafting of talent releases amongst other productions
• Provide weekly recap reports for the team
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
• A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see it
• Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Keynote.
• You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
• You must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
