We are seeking results-driven Business Advisors with strong interpersonal skills to identify and engage prospective clients. Our sales team is trained to be industry experts, with a focus on technology and benefits within the PEO space.

The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and excels at building relationships, following a strategic sales process, and closing deals. This role offers a pathway to long-term success and financial growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospects
  • Build a strong network of referral partners
  • Present CoStaff Services to key decision-makers (Owners, CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, VPs)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Deliver engaging presentations on our products and services
  • Maintain client relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience in PEO, HRO, payroll, or benefits sales (a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • A professional, polished demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel locally (25-50%)
