Role Overview

Our Business Coaches and Consultants work with small to mid-sized business owners to enhance their company's profitability, efficiency, and value. You will engage with new leads, convert them into clients, and conduct 1:1 sessions using our proprietary methods and systems. We provide comprehensive training, certification, house leads, and automation tools to support your success.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential Exit Factor clients.
  • Conduct consulting sessions following our system.
  • Utilize online curriculum resources to support sessions.
  • Participate in training, certification, and ongoing education.

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in business exit, sale, consulting, coaching, or M&A preferred.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office, CRM, Slack, and other tech tools.

Additional Information

This is a 1099 contract role, paid via commission and revenue sharing.

Must be based in Grand Rapids or Lansing, MI.
