Position: Franchise Business Consultant

This is a REMOTE position.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop beneficial business relationships with franchisees to foster teamwork and achieve targets.
2. Conduct annual reviews to set growth, profitability, and succession goals; assist with exit strategies when appropriate.
3. Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for increasing sales and profitability; recommend and assist with operational improvements.
4. Prioritize efforts to create maximum value and influence others through early wins.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure franchisees adhere to Big O standards and policies.
• Assist with regional meetings and identify new store growth opportunities.
• Understand marketing and franchise market dynamics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail business planning, franchise growth, and operational execution.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of financial drivers and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Management experience in retail tire and automotive service preferred; multi-store/multi-state experience a plus.
