Position: Independent Energy Advisor (1099 Commission-Based)

Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Independent Energy Advisors to join our expanding team. This commission-only (1099) role offers the flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule. As an Independent Energy Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, analyzing their energy needs, and providing customized solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy consumption patterns and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest energy products, services, and industry trends to effectively address client needs.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals outlining recommended energy solutions and their benefits.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of energy products and services, including renewable energy solutions.
