Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Work at customer location designated tire shop with a focus on tire reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with administrators and customer staff to document work performed accurately.
• Maintain customer tire inventory from cradle to grave using best inventory practices.
• Monitor tire maintenance through inspections using specialized software and devices.
• Maintain and repair all customer tires per industry standards.
• Perform dynamic tire balancing, wheel changes, regrooving, and inflation maintenance.
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness.
