The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. A Day in the Life:

• Work at customer locations designated as tire shops, collaborating with customer mechanics to ensure tires are reliable and safe.
• Work with administrators and customer staff to accurately document work performed.
• Manage customer tire inventory from cradle to grave using best inventory management practices.
• Perform tire inspections and monitor maintenance using specialized software and digital devices.
• Maintain and repair all customer tires according to industry standards.
• Perform dynamic tire balancing, tire and wheel assembly changes, regrooving, and inflation maintenance with specialized machinery.
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness through good housekeeping practices.
