Master’s Transportation seeks a Service Writer Representative to join our team. You will serve as a liaison between customers and technicians, documenting concerns and scheduling service tasks to ensure timely completion.

You will prepare accurate estimates, provide service recommendations, and create work orders. Excellent communication, organization, and customer-facing skills are essential to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of Service Writer experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to accurately assess and document concerns about buses and service needs.
• Explain service options and timelines to customers and liaise between customer and technician.
• Provide accurate estimates for services, repairs, and parts.
• Provide recommendations for additional services based on inspection results.
• Create and manage work orders for service requests.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed for warranty and service contracts.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule service work efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar.
• Write detailed Repair Orders conveying customer concerns to technicians.
• Keep customers informed about service progress and delays.
