A leading casino and hotel is seeking a Bus-Runner to maintain cleanliness and assist in the dining area. Responsibilities include keeping equipment sanitized, communicating through headsets, and ensuring stocks are rotated properly. Previous experience as a Bus-Runner is preferred, along with effective communication skills in English. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner.
• Communicate through a headset attached to a two-way radio.
• Keep all equipment and refrigerators clean and sanitized.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations.
• Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations
• Transport bus carts of dirty dishes and trash to dish room
• Deep clean and sanitize bus carts
• Retrieve orders from warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times
• Polish Silverware
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
