Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is a premier gaming destination featuring 675+ slot machines, live tables, and multiple bars and eateries. The Busser role ensures tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset rapidly to maintain guest flow and dining service.

The position requires knowledge of sanitation standards, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. No formal tech tools are required; gaming license may be needed where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and resets tables in accordance with sanitation guidelines and company standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of all side stations.
• Stocks dishes, silverware, paper supplies, and other required items to remain par levels of all equipment during service.
• Sweeps or mops as needed.
• Communicates with host for seating needs and guest service issues.
• May assist in the deliverance of items ordered by guests, including food and beverage items.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

The Busser is responsible for ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly for the prompt seating and service of guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and resets tables in accordance with sanitation guidelines and company standards
• Maintains cleanliness of all side stations
• Stocks dishes, silverware, paper supplies, and other required items to remain par levels of all equipment during service
