Job Summary

The Beverage Server is responsible for serving both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in an excellent and timely manner to ensure quality guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and says goodbye on departure in a warm and inviting manner.
• Takes orders from guests and delivers and dispenses correct beverages.
• Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge.
• Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation.
• Performs responsible alcohol service with regard to guest limitations.
• Utilizes all bar equipment and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints.
• Performs general upkeep and cleaning duties, such as mopping floors, wiping countertops, cleaning food prep areas, rolling silverware, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
