Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be licensed in Oklahoma with CDL-P and Airbrake endorsements, or able to obtain.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Navigate city streets safely in assigned MetroLink Tulsa vehicles on a scheduled route.
• Maintain fare compliance and accurately report fare collection.
• Provide friendly, helpful passenger assistance and route information.
• Handle emergency situations professionally to keep passengers safe.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and securement devices per ADA guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Maintain radio communication with the Operations Supervisor and log incidents.
• Complete accident or defect reports accurately when required.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
