Job summary

MetroLink Tulsa is seeking dedicated Rideshare Operators in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role involves driving passengers safely, assisting with ADA accessibility, and providing excellent customer service on daily routes.

You will coordinate with the Command Center, ensure MTTA rules are followed, and complete required reports, all while maintaining a positive, community-focused attitude. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, a clean driving record,

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills; willingness to learn tablets and service software.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years.
• Be able to pass a DOT physical and MTTA requirements.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate MetroLink Tulsa vehicles and serve passengers.
• Help passengers understand and follow MTTA rules for a positive experience.
• Assist passengers with boarding, de-boarding and accessibility needs.
• Communicate with Command Center and other personnel as needed.
• Accurately complete reports, loss reports and daily equipment logs.
• Be punctual, dependable and ready to roll each day.
