Job summary

Transdev in Marietta, GA is seeking a Shop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and overhaul of buses and related equipment. You will coordinate schedules, supervise technicians, and ensure compliance with DOT and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, fuel and parts management, and directing subcontracted repairs while maintaining a safe, efficient operation for the fleet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
• 2–3 years transit supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and administers fleet maintenance, assists in troubleshooting problems with equipment.
• Repairs and maintains diesel engines and bus equipment.
• Supervises maintenance operations. Plans and distributes the work and monitors performance.
• Ensures compliance on a day-to-day basis with State, Federal and Company requirements.
• Trains and motivates maintenance staff.
