Job summary

RIDE Mobility is looking for a hardworking Field Technician in Los Angeles to work in the Customer Service Department. This role involves diagnosing and repairing buses/trucks under warranty while providing customer support.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience, Ase Transit Bus Certifications, and the ability to work on air brake systems and heavy-duty ABS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in field service.
• Ase Transit Bus Certifications are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot air brake systems.
• Experience with electric drive systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair buses/trucks under warranty.
• Provide customer interface and reports on maintenance activities.
• Order parts and coordinate repairs.
• Travel 50% for the position.
