Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking seasonal transit bus drivers for the Sierra winter season (November–April). Drivers transport guests to and from lodges, hotels, and nearby destinations, with a flexible part-time option and up to 4 days and 10 hours per shift.

We offer ski passes, discounts, and 401(k) with company match. Safety rules apply; DOT drug/alcohol testing may be required. Join a team dedicated to guest service and mountain experiences.

Qualifications

• No more than 2 points on a current Driver’s license.
• Must have a current Class A or B license with passenger and air brake endorsements.
• Safety Sensitive position subject to DOT drug and alcohol regulations.
• Must lift 50 pounds.
• 5 years driving experience.
• Guest service or public relations experience preferred.
• Professional, outgoing, and guest service-oriented demeanor.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective communication with guests, employees & management.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Follow instructions & company policies.
• Training may be available for those without a CDL.

• Variable schedule; some evening/night work. Part-time considered.

Hourly pay rate: $24.75 - $29.24
