College Community School District Hiring Incentive for our New Bus Drivers for the 2026-2027 School Year!

New Bus Driver Hiring Incentive:
College Community Schools is offering a new hiring bonus of $500 for new bus drivers hired after June 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.

• The hiring bonus will be paid in two (2) $250 installments.
• The first $250 will be received after completing 60 working days.
• The second $250 payment will be made after 90 working days.

Hourly Wage and Additional Benefits:

• Starting Hourly Wage: $24.35 per hour based upon prior experience - Bus Drivers
  • Up to 10 years previous experience as a bus drivergiven towards placement on the salary schedule!
  • Paid training and holidays

• Must have acceptable driving record

Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours per week
