Hiring Incentive

College Community Schools is offering a new hiring bonus of $500 for new bus drivers hired after June 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.

• The hiring bonus will be paid in two installments of $250 each:
  • First $250 after completing 60 working days.
  • Second $250 after completing 90 working days.
• Starting hourly wage for bus drivers is $24.35/hr.

Hourly Wage and Additional Benefits

• Starting Hourly Wage: $24.35 per hour, based on prior experience. Up to 10 years of previous experience as a bus driver is considered toward placement on the salary schedule.

Hours
