Job summary

Wyndemere LLC is seeking a hospitality-focused Bus Driver to transport residents on grocery runs, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled. The role includes helping residents on and off the vehicle, loading groceries, and coordinating equipment.

The position is full-time with daytime shifts (Monday–Friday) and occasional evenings or weekends. A High school diploma or GED is required, and a CDL with Passenger Endorsement is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CDL with Passenger Endorsement strongly preferred.
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required.

Responsibilities

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Help with assisting residents on and off bus/van, with or without a wheelchair lift, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.

Wyndemere is recruiting for a hospitality focused Bus Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing cleaning and maintenance duties as required.

Compensation: $19-21 per hour based on experience

• Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance within 30 days of hire
• 18 days per year PTO
• 5 guaranteed sick days

Shifts: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime shift: occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs;
• Help with assisting residents on and off bus/van, with or without a wheelchair lift, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.

May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
