The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of driving experience and:
* If you do not hold the required Commercial Drivers License (CDL)endorsements, BB&N will assist through compensation and training to obtain these endorsements.
$34.00-$36.42 per hour
For Academic Year 2026-2027, BB&N will implement a bonus of up to $3,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses for fully licensed bus drivers:
Morning: 5:30 AM -8:30 AM
Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
25 hours guaranteed when school is in session and likely to have consistent access to additional hours during the day, weekends, field trips, etc.
