GREATER ALBANY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT 8J in Albany, Oregon, is seeking a Bus Attendant to support the Transportation Department. The role provides physical and behavioral care of special education students during transport to and from school, and assists with safe boarding, riding, exiting, and evacuation of passengers.
The position offers a 5-hour daily shift within a 180-day, 9-month calendar and reports to the Director of Transportation.

Position Overview: Provides physical and behavioral care of special education students during transport to and from school for students with specific needs that cannot be managed from the driver's seat. Performs activities involved in the safe boarding, riding, exiting, and evacuation of passengers.
