Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• First aid training and ability to respond to seizures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains order and safety of students during transport.
• Assists students with boarding and de-boarding the bus.
• Assists substitute driver with learning routes and student names.
• Assists with emergency bus evacuation drills and safe evacuation of students in an actual emergency.
• Provides personal care as required by a student’s IEP during transportation.
• Attends required meetings and performs other related duties as assigned.
