Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework and two years of related customer service experience are required.
• Lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with accounts receivable, posting payments, and cash handling is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the Macon Bursar Office operations and accounts receivable portfolio.
• Mentor and support Student Account Specialists through training and review.
• Serve as the primary contact for student tuition concerns and payment issues.
• Oversee special projects and backup support for payments, refunds, and records.
