Lone Star College System is seeking a Manager, Bursar to lead the Student Accounts/Business Services team in billing, collections, refunds, and compliance. You will ensure accurate student accounts, refunds processing, and financial communications while maintaining strong regulatory adherence.

The role focuses on optimizing processes, coordinating with Financial Aid, Treasury and Records, and delivering transparent service to students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all student account operations including billing and refunds.
• Serve as institutional expert on student account policies and financial counseling.
• Resolve complex student account issues and provide payment plan guidance.
• Administer and maintain ERP systems ensuring data integrity and reporting.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Treasury, Records and other offices for seamless operations.
