The role requires ACLS within 30 days, a Bachelors or Associate degree, and 2 years of Critical Care experience, with ACLS Instructor certification within 30 days. The department emphasizes safety, education, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN required with 2 years of Critical Care experience.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ACLS Instructor certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and environment to recognize changes and ensure safety.
• Administer medications including pain relief and fluid therapy; perform advanced wound care and dressings.
• Educate patients and families to navigate recovery with clarity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
