Sage Oil Vac is seeking a Machine Operator I in Amarillo, TX to operate burn tables and support welding operations within Production. This role focuses on safe, efficient cutting and shaping of plates, reading blueprints, and teamwork to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in heavy industrial settings. You’ll use plasma/table equipment, maintain data, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of heavy industrial or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read advanced blueprints.
• Capable of handling physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Operate burn tables and related machinery to cut and shape plates and parts safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet project requirements.
• Suggest productivity and quality improvements.
• Perform routine maintenance and part changes on torch heads.
• Weigh cut parts and materials for safe handling.
