Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time Burn Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role requires compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-acuity setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Oklahoma RN license, have completed an approved RN program, and possess BLS certification, with the ability to initiate care quickly and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the unit.
• Plan for provision of patient care including development and modification of the plan of care in line with hospital policies.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
