Job summary

Ardent Health Services seeks a day shift, full-time ICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Owasso, OK at Bailey Medical Center. You will deliver comprehensive critical care to adult patients, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and document care according to standards.

The role requires ADN or higher, RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS within 14 days. Strong assessment, growth, and development knowledge are essential for success in this high-acuity unit.

Qualifications

Associates in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN License or Compact License deemed by the OK State Board of Nursing.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
ACLS within 14 days of hire.
PALS within 14 days of hire.
BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per hospital standards.
Provide care appropriate to patient age and developmental stage.
Develop and modify the plan of care to deliver quality patient care.
Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act regulations.
