Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards.
• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and adapt to patient needs.
• Develop and modify the care plan to deliver quality patient care.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
