Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead two vital clinical programs: Burn and Trauma Registry. The role combines clinical leadership with operational management, guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving improvement in care quality and outcomes.

The CPM will oversee registry operations, data management, and reporting to accrediting bodies, while partnering with leadership to align program goals with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• BSN required with RN licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership in supervision and project leadership.
• BLS/CPR certification with at least 6 months before expiration upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Drive initiatives for system-wide and service-line goals.
• Oversee program development, evaluation and strategic planning.
• Be accountable for program KPIs and patient-level outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, research protocols, and funding requirements.
• Lead accreditation and data reporting efforts to meet national standards.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor staffing and expenses.
