Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals and performance objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans aligned with sales targets.
• Identify and pursue high-value accounts and new business opportunities.
• Navigate hospital procurement, formulary, VAC and P&T processes.
• Present to VAC, P&T committees and other hospital stakeholders.
• Partner with Market Access and Reimbursement teams to address access and billing needs.
• Maintain relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to drive adoption.
