Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a dedicated Burn Specialist to manage and develop the company's Burn accounts in California and Texas. This role involves educating burn communities and collaborating with local sales teams for effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Strong interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge in surgical instruments are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience.
• Previous Manager of burn teams preferred.
• Prior burn portfolio sales experience preferred.
• Contracting/sales experience specific to hospital OR required.

Responsibilities

• Help position Integra as the #1 Regenerative Solution for the Burn Market.
• Manage, develop, sell, and in-service all assigned Integra Burn accounts.
• Educate the Burn Community using KOLs at weekly/bi-weekly events.
• Travel required to assigned Burn accounts for in-servicing and education.
• Assist marketing in crafting sales strategy for Burn.
