7th Street Burger is hiring both Part-Time and Full-Time Cooks in the Boston area. The role involves grilling, frying, and prep work, keeping quality high while tickets move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen.

Pay is $17.50 per hour with benefits for full-time staff, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities. Candidates should have prior cooking experience in busy kitchens; a Food Handler certification is preferred and we will help you obtain it.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Certification in food handling preferred; assistance to obtain it.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and work long shifts.
• Team-first mindset and calmness under pressure.
• Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations.
• Scoop/orders out quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean station and follow health standards.
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days.
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to ensure accurate orders.
