7th Street Burger is hiring both Part-Time and Full-Time Cooks in Boston. You will grill, fry, and prep burgers quickly while maintaining high quality and clean stations. A strong team player who works well under pressure will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

We offer weekly pay, healthcare options for full-time, holiday pay, and paid training. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and we support certification for food handling. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification strongly preferred (we will help you get certified)
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet
• A team-first mindset and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability for late nights (3:00am), weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate
