7th Street Burger is seeking cooks for Part-Time and Full-Time roles in our New York locations. You smash, flip, and grill burgers, keeping quality high while tickets move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen.

We offer weekly pay, $18.00 per hour, and benefits for full-time employees including medical, dental, and vision. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and growth opportunities are available, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification preferred (we will help you get certified).
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet.
• Team-first mindset and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for late nights (3:00am), weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate
