Crew member roles are available at various times: breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends – whatever fits your schedule. Job Duties

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Assist customers with ordering their meals
• Prepare meals for customers
• Collaborate with Team Members and Managers to meet daily goals and enjoy the work environment
• Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant appearance
• Serve and support colleagues

Job Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach
• Work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 pounds
